Job summary
Signature Performance is seeking a Solutions Quality Engineer II to design, execute, and improve testing practices across functional, regression, integration, and data testing. You will help ensure release readiness by tracking defects, supporting automation, and collaborating with cross-functional teams.
The role emphasizes continuous improvement of testing standards, metrics, and quality assurance in healthcare and enterprise environments.
Qualifications
- 4+ years of relevant experience in software quality assurance, software testing, healthcare technology, or related IT delivery environments.
- Experience creating and executing test plans, test cases, test scripts, test scenarios, and defect documentation.
- Knowledge of QA methodologies, tools, processes, and best practices.
Responsibilities
- Review requirements, create test plans and test cases aligned with QA standards.
- Execute manual testing across software applications and integrations.
- Support automated testing and identify opportunities for automation.
- Perform regression testing when new functionality is deployed or defects are resolved.
- Conduct data validation testing using SQL or similar tools.
- Document and track defects through resolution with approved tools.
- Collaborate with developers, product managers, and stakeholders to clarify requirements and validate fixes.
- Participate in Scrum ceremonies and release planning to ensure quality and readiness.
