Job summary

Signature Performance is seeking a Solutions Quality Engineer II to design, execute, and improve testing across functional, regression, and integration activities. You will contribute to quality metrics and release readiness while collaborating with developers, product managers, and analysts.

The role emphasizes automated and manual testing, data validation with SQL, and continuous improvement of testing standards.

Qualifications

• 4+ years of software quality assurance experience in healthcare tech or related IT delivery environments.
• Experience creating and executing test plans, test cases, test scripts, and defect documentation.
• Knowledge of QA methodologies, tools, processes, and best practices.
• Experience with functional, regression, integration, data validation, and UAT.
• Familiarity with Agile, Kanban, Waterfall, or hybrid delivery methods.

Responsibilities

• Review requirements, specifications, user stories, and acceptance criteria to develop test strategies and plans.
• Create detailed test cases, scenarios, and scripts aligned with QA standards.
• Execute manual testing across applications, workflows, integrations, and data exchanges.
• Support automation where appropriate and identify opportunities for automation.
• Perform regression testing when new features are deployed or configs change, and validate fixes.
