Job summary

Signature Performance is seeking a Solutions Quality Engineer II for a remote-based role, nationwide eligibility. The candidate will design, execute, and improve testing practices across functional, regression, data, and user acceptance testing to support release readiness and quality metrics.

Qualifications

4+ years of relevant experience in software quality assurance, healthcare technology, systems testing, or related IT delivery environments.
Experience creating and executing test plans, test cases, test scripts, test scenarios, and defect documentation.
Knowledge of software QA methodologies, tools, processes, and best practices.
Experience with functional, regression, integration, data validation, and user acceptance testing.
Familiarity with Agile, Kanban, Waterfall, or hybrid project delivery methodologies.
Ability to review requirements, design documents, and technical specs for testability.

Responsibilities

Review business requirements to develop test strategies and plans.
Create test cases, scenarios, scripts, and testing documentation aligned with SQA standards.
Execute manual testing across software apps, workflow solutions, and data exchanges.
Support automated testing activities and identify opportunities for automation.
Perform regression testing when updates are deployed or configurations change.
Track defects using approved defect management tools and coordinate with teams to resolve them.
