Ladders is seeking a Solutions Lead, Consulting/Banking to join our Information Technology team. You will partner with Revenue, engineering, data, and product teams to shape client engagements and deliver tailored analytical solutions.

The role focuses on presenting data-driven recommendations to senior stakeholders, leading discovery conversations, and serving as a key escalation point for complex data inquiries. Location is remote for US-based candidates; visa sponsorship is not available.

Qualificações

• 5+ years in a client-facing analytical role with consumer brands or tech firms.
• Strong data-driven storytelling skills for executives.
• Experience with Fortune 500 companies in consumer or tech sectors.
• Collaborative mindset in dynamic environments.
• Excellent written and verbal communication for executive presentations.

Responsabilidades

• Lead discovery sessions to understand client priorities and data engagement.
• Develop tailored insights for various teams and use cases.
• Partner with Revenue on pitches, trials, and renewals.
• Connect client needs to actionable data solutions.
• Coordinate data deliverables across engineering, data, and product teams.
• Act as an escalation point for data-related inquiries.
