Job summary

Glean is seeking a Solutions Engineering Manager to lead a high-performing team in the Central region, guiding technical strategy, pre-sales activities, and cross-team collaboration to deliver customer value. You will hire, coach, and develop engineers, establish regional rhythms, and ensure alignment of technical plans with business outcomes in an AI-first environment.

Qualifications

• Proven experience leading Solutions Engineers or similar customer-facing technical teams.
• Ability to coach through technical discovery, demonstrations, workshops, pilots.
• Strong business acumen linking technical decisions to outcomes.
• Hands-on with cloud platforms and security considerations.
• Excellent communication to technical and non-technical stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Lead, coach, and develop a high-performing team of Solutions Engineers.
• Establish regional operating rhythm with Sales leadership and planning.
• Set standard for technical discovery, solution design, demos, and pilots.
• Coach on sales methodologies (e.g., MEDDPICC) to improve deals.
• Build repeatable plays, enablement, and inspection mechanisms.
• Guide account teams to expand Glean adoption and align plans with partners.
