Job summary

Glean is seeking a restless, strategic Resident Solutions Architect to act as the primary technical advisor for a select set of Enterprise customers. You will own technical account strategy, shape roadmaps, and lead architecture decisioning across APIs, connectors, and agent workflows to deliver measurable outcomes.

You will guide customers through design and implementation choices, productionize complex workflows, and ensure governance, observability, and security requirements are met before

Qualifications

• Minimum 7+ years in solutions architecture or equivalent customer-facing engineering.
• Deep experience with APIs, data integrations, and enterprise app architecture.
• Bachelor's degree in CS or equivalent; advanced degree a plus.
• Strong executive communication and cross-functional influence.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary strategic technical advisor and point of contact for assigned customers.
• Own the technical account strategy including quarterly roadmap and operating reviews.
• Develop strategic roadmaps aligned to business objectives and measurable success criteria.
• Lead architecture review workshops and document recommendations and trade-offs.
• Guide customers through architecture decisions across connectors, APIs, and embeds.
• Define production-readiness requirements, governance, observability, and guardrails.
• Design or lead delivery of strategic builds (Skills, MCP, connectors, Web SDK).
• Partner with Solutions Architects for delegated implementation work.
• Provide technical enablement to admins, developers, and stakeholders.
• Align technical plans with Customer Success, Product, Engineering, and Support.
• Translate customer friction into engineering-ready product feedback with impact.
• Serve as advisor to executives on platform trade-offs for high-value motion.
• Support governance and security motions including identity and data protection.
• Own cross-account programs and reusable blueprints for post-sales outcomes.
• Contribute to patterns, playbooks, and artifacts for strategic accounts.
• Mentor SA organization and raise the bar for enterprise consulting.
