Job summary

F5 is seeking a seasoned leader to manage its Solutions Engineering team within the Tech vertical, focusing on technical sales. You will set objectives, delegate work, and ensure the SE organization aligns with company goals in a remote-capable setup.

You will oversee recruiting, performance management, and cross-functional collaboration with HR, PM, and Sales to scale the team and deliver customer success. Strong networking knowledge and leadership are essential.

Qualifications

• Experience managing technical SEs in a leadership role.
• Thorough understanding of networking technologies and applications delivery.
• Strong interpersonal and presentation skills to articulate complex tech.

Responsibilities

• Uphold the Business Code of Ethics and report violations.
• Manage SE team: evaluations, PTO, assignments, training, performance improvement, recruiting.
• Define FY objectives, strategy and priorities for SE Engineers.
• Plan headcounts quarterly/yearly to scale SE org to meet goals.
• Oversee recruitment in collaboration with HR and organizational effectiveness.
• Develop SE partner plans and customer-focused strategies to drive success.
• Present F5 strategy, messaging, and roadmap to customers and partners.
