Job summary

Robust.AI is seeking a Solutions Engineer to design robotic solutions for warehouse operations. You will analyze operations data, build AMR workflows, simulate performance, and develop layouts and proposals for customers.

You will collaborate with Sales, Product, Software, Deployment, and Engineering to validate requirements and communicate value. Travel up to 20–30% may be required as projects progress.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a technical field listed in the posting.
• Strong quantitative problem-solving with large data sets.
• Experience with data tools such as Excel, Python, SQL, or Power BI.
• Ability to communicate technical results clearly to varied audiences.

Responsibilities

• Analyze customer data to understand orders, SKUs, throughput, and labor needs.
• Develop AMR workflows, layouts, labor estimates, and operation descriptions.
• Build and analyze discrete-event simulations to validate design choices.
• Create warehouse layouts using AutoCAD and support sales with ROIs and proposals.
• Collaborate across teams to evaluate requirements and risks.
• Support demonstrations, technical reviews, and customer engagements.
