Robust AI is seeking a Solutions Engineer to design robotic solutions for warehouse and fulfillment operations. You will analyze customer data, develop system concepts, and demonstrate how Carter AMR can improve business metrics.

You will participate in discovery calls, site visits, and proposal development, collaborating with Sales, Product, Software, and Deployment teams. The role blends warehouse engineering, data analysis, simulation, and customer engagement.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a technical field as listed.
• Strong analytical and quantitative problem-solving skills.
• Experience with large, imperfect real-world datasets.
• Ability to communicate technical concepts to varied audiences.

Responsibilities

• Analyze customer data to understand orders, SKUs, throughput, and labor productivity.
• Develop AMR workflows, layouts, and configurations.
• Build and analyze simulations to validate designs and sizing.
• Create facility layouts using AutoCAD and document assumptions.
• Support sales with proposals, ROI analyses, and demonstrations.
