Job summary

South Geeks LLC is actively seeking an AI Solutions & Enablement Engineer to bridge business and technology teams. You’ll identify AI opportunities, create business cases, and drive adoption of enterprise AI platforms across client engagements.

The role emphasizes training delivery, coaching on prompting and workflows, and governance of AI usage, with a focus on practical, safe, scalable solutions for enterprise environments.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in a related field.
• 3+ years in tech consulting, business analysis, or AI enablement.
• Knowledge of Generative AI, LLMs, and agentic systems.

Responsibilities

• Identify productivity, automation, and knowledge-management opportunities with business leaders.
• Develop business cases and recommend AI prioritization and investment.
• Design and deliver training programs and enablement materials.
• Coach teams on prompting, workflows, and responsible AI usage.
• Document architectures and operational procedures for AI solutions.
