Chariot Claims is an AI claims agent that helps consumers get paid for corporate violations, operating fully remote. You will connect stakeholders with our data operations and engineering teams to translate undefined requirements into scoped, executable work and drive delivery across multiple teams.

This systems role emphasizes process design, data fluency, and rigorous QA. You’ll own status updates with counsel, build repeatable workflows, and partner with engineering to close capability gaps

Qualifications

• 4+ years in solutions engineering or similar owning delivery for external stakeholders.
• Systems thinking: break down processes into inputs, dependencies and failure points.
• Ability to turn ambiguous, partially-specified asks into a scoped plan.
• Comfort with domains you may not start out knowing.
• Strong data fluency: SQL or equivalent with large datasets.
• Familiarity with operational tooling and AI.
• Excellent written communication for docs, status updates, and escalations.

Responsibilities

• Own requirements translation with external counsel and stakeholders and document as a spec for execution.
• Run delivery end-to-end: scope work, sequence across teams, track the timeline, surface slippage.
• Interrogate requirements and propose alternatives when ambiguous or unworkable.
• Serve as the account owner for counsel relationships and run status meetings and artifacts.
• Build and improve repeatable workflows and QA gates for recurring deliverables.
• Work directly with data: query, validate, reconcile claimant and evidence datasets.
• Identify tooling gaps and partner with Engineering to implement solutions.
