Qualifications

• Experience building and shipping production software at staff-level technical scope.
• Track record of shipping products end-to-end with ownership of outcomes.
• Strong product instincts and bias toward action; able to decide what to build autonomously.

Responsibilities

• Expand the range of case types people can discover and join.
• Build the community surfaces where people surface, discuss, and rally around potential cases.
• Build the education layer that helps people understand how claims work and participate responsibly.
• Build referral and growth loops that turn engaged members into a distribution channel.
• Own trust and safety for community surfaces, including moderation and fraud deterrence.
