Chariot Claims is seeking an Engineering Lead to own the AI core that originates cases and matches people to the claims they are owed. You will build the team, fullstack and ML, around it, in a fast-paced, regulated industry.

The role emphasizes autonomy, accountability, and rapid experimentation, with human-in-the-loop oversight where needed. You will lead production software at staff level, shipping end-to-end products, and coordinating ML and product surfaces.

Qualifications

• Requires hands-on experience shipping production software.
• End-to-end product ownership with measurable outcomes.
• Experience in early-stage startups is a plus.
• Bonus: experience taking LLM agent systems to production with human-in-the-loop.
