A technology solutions provider in Atlanta is seeking a Duck Creek Policy Developer to lead the design and implementation of Duck Creek Policy solutions. The ideal candidate has over 6 years of IT experience with strong expertise in Duck Creek tools and a deep understanding of the insurance domain, particularly Property & Casualty. This role requires collaboration with analysts and stakeholders, as well as providing technical leadership to the team.

Qualifications

• Minimum 6 years of experience in IT, with at least 3 years in Duck Creek Policy development.
• Strong hands-on experience with Duck Creek Author, Express, and Manuscript tools.
• Deep understanding of insurance domain concepts, especially Property & Casualty.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and implement Duck Creek Policy solutions based on business requirements.
• Collaborate with business analysts, architects, and client stakeholders to gather and analyze requirements.
• Provide technical leadership and mentorship to development team members.
• Ensure high-quality code delivery and adherence to best practices and coding standards.
• Conduct code reviews, performance tuning, and troubleshooting.
• Act as the primary technical point of contact for the client.
• Participate in solution architecture discussions and provide strategic input.
• Support integration with third-party systems and legacy platforms.
