Job summary

Wayvia is seeking a Solutions Engineer II to act as the go-to technical problem solver for client teams. You will partner with AEs, CSMs and AMs to scope, design, and implement solutions on brand websites using JavaScript, HTML, CSS and APIs.

You’ll deliver tailored product demonstrations, troubleshoot integrations, and create technical docs to ensure ongoing value beyond the initial sale. Remote role for US-based candidates with strong communication skills.

Qualifications

• 2–5 years of customer-facing technical experience in SaaS or similar.
• Hands-on experience with website technologies and debugging front-end code.
• Experience supporting enterprise clients pre- and post-sale.
• Ability to explain technical concepts clearly to non-technical audiences.
• Strong communication, presentation skills and proactive work style.

Responsibilities

• Serve as technical SME for AEs, CSMs and AMs across client lifecycle.
• Scope and solution expansion opportunities with existing clients.
• Guide website integrations and troubleshoot issues with brand sites.
• Lead discovery and design discussions aligning needs with Wayvia capabilities.
• Deliver demos, support RFI/RFPs, and document technical workflows.
