Job summary

Wayvia seeks a Solutions Engineer II to be the technical problem solver for client-facing teams across the full lifecycle. You will partner with Account Executives on new business and with Customer Success Managers on existing clients—scoping expansions and solving complex website integration challenges.

With deep knowledge of Wayvia’s solution catalog and strong website technology skills, you will design solutions, deliver demos and contribute to RFI/RFP responses.

Qualifications

• 2–5 years of customer-facing technical experience in SaaS.
• Experience with enterprise pre- and post-sale expansions and technical projects.
• Ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical audiences.
• Excellent written and verbal communication and strong presentation skills.
• Proactive and self-directed with ability to prioritize across Sales and Customer Success.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the technical SME for AEs, CS and AMs across the client lifecycle.
• Scope expansions and technical projects for existing clients; identify growth opportunities.
• Lead requirement gathering, discovery and data-transfer discussions.
• Deliver tailored product demonstrations and architecture overviews; support RFIs/RFPs.
• Relay client feedback to Product and maintain technical documentation.
