Heartflow seeks a Solutions Engineer to guide customers through implementing our SaaS non-invasive cardiac technology in hospital settings. You’ll work with clinical and engineering teams onsite to ensure seamless deployment, adherence to privacy and data protection standards, and robust integration with existing workflows.

The role demands Linux, networking, and VMware expertise, plus strong customer-facing skills. Remote with heavy travel (60-80%).

Qualifikationen

• Eng or B.S. in Computer Science preferred.
• 2+ years working in Linux environment.
• Knowledge of virtualization technologies required.
• Experience supporting large-scale websites and/or web-based products.
• 2+ years' experience working in the health care industry.
• Demonstrated customer facing skills.

Aufgaben

• Guide Heartflow’s customers through implementing our unique SaaS non-invasive diagnostic technology.
• Be a customer resource for information on Heartflow’s technology, network protocols, security and data protections for medical imaging data.
• Contribute to worldwide adoption of our FFRCT product by providing knowledgeable responses to customer inquiries.
• Contribute to a high-performing, global Field Engineering team by sharing new information and leveraging group wisdom.
• Demonstrate discipline to work independently and on call as needed.
• Provide prompt documentation and complete resolution of issues; help manage knowledge base for customer issues.
