Job summary

HeartFlow is seeking a Solutions Engineer to guide hospitals in implementing our SaaS non-invasive diagnostic technology. You will collaborate with clinical and engineering teams to fit HeartFlow into existing workflows and ensure patient data protection.

The role requires Linux administration, virtualization (VMware), networking, and healthcare IT knowledge (HL7, PACS, DICOM, HIPAA). Travel up to 60–80% is expected, with some on-call work.

Qualifications

• 2+ years working in Linux environment.
• Knowledge of virtualization technologies.
• Experience supporting large-scale websites and/or web-based products.
• 2+ years’ experience working in the health care industry.
• Demonstrated customer facing skills.
• Eng or B.S. in Computer Science preferred.

Responsibilities

• Guide HeartFlow’s customers through implementing our SaaS non-invasive diagnostic technology.
• Be a customer resource for information on HeartFlow’s technology, network protocols, security and data protections.
• Provide knowledgeable responses to customer inquiries and issues to drive adoption.
• Contribute to a high-performing, global Field Engineering team by sharing information.
• Work independently and on call when needed.
• Document issues and update the knowledge base for customer problems.
• Log customer feedback to help improve HeartFlow’s technology.
