Job summary

HeartFlow is a medical technology company delivering AI-driven diagnostic solutions for coronary artery disease. This Solutions Engineer role guides customers through implementing HeartFlow's SaaS diagnostic technology in hospital and clinical environments, managing deployment, data protection, and integration with existing infrastructure.

You will provide on-site troubleshooting, work with engineering, security, and regulatory teams, and document issues for a shared knowledge base.

Qualifications

2+ years of Linux experience with shell scripting and troubleshooting.
Experience diagnosing IP networking, routing, and latency problems.
Knowledge of data protection, encryption, and web services.
Experience with HL7, PACS, DICOM, HIPAA/PHI protections.
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or Engineering preferred.
Strong customer-facing communication abilities.

Responsibilities

Guide customers through implementing Heartflow's SaaS diagnostic technology in hospital environments.
Provide support on network protocols, security, data protection, and imaging data transfer.
Troubleshoot on-site infrastructure issues at customer locations.
Collaborate with engineering, security, and regulatory teams to influence product roadmap.
Document issues and contribute feedback to knowledge base.
