Job summary

Intelligems is hiring a Solutions Engineer to own the technical relationship with customers from first convo to expansion. You’ll partner with Sales, Onboarding, and Customer Success to remove blockers and unlock expansion opportunities, spanning Shopify storefronts, headless architectures, and custom integrations.

Ideal candidates bring 3+ years in solutions engineering or similar, B2B SaaS experience, and comfort guiding customers through technical and business decisions in a remote-first

Qualifications

3+ years in Solutions Engineering or a customer-facing technical role
Experience in B2B SaaS with hands-on implementation or integration
Familiarity with e-commerce platforms, particularly Shopify
Nice to have: experience with A/B testing, pricing tools, or personalization platforms
Familiarity with headless commerce architectures or custom Shopify implementations

Responsibilities

Own the technical pre-sale motion with Account Executives
Lead technical discovery across customer stacks to map fit
Remove technical objections and clear launch paths
Support Onboarding’s adoption by removing blockers
Identify accounts for expansion and translate needs into technical paths
