Job summary

Intelligems is hiring a Solutions Engineer to own the technical relationship with customers from initial conversations through expansion. You will work with Sales to remove barriers, with Onboarding to ensure accurate implementation, and with Customer Success to identify expansion opportunities that require new solutions.

The role operates in a technically complex environment including Shopify storefronts, headless architectures, and custom integrations.

Qualifications

• 3+ years in Solutions Engineering, Sales Engineering, or technical account management or customer-facing tech role with commercial metrics
• Experience in B2B SaaS, ideally with hands-on implementation or integration work
• Comfortable across full customer lifecycle and collaborating with Sales & Customer Success teams
• Familiarity with e-commerce platforms, particularly Shopify

Responsibilities

• Own the technical pre-sale motion with Account Executives on complex deals and integrations
• Lead technical discovery to map customer stack and implementation requirements
• Remove technical objections early to unblock deals and accelerate launches
• Enable post-sale expansion by supporting onboarding and CS to unlock new revenue opportunities
