As Solutions Engineer you will run technical deep dives, build prospect-specific sandboxes and working AI agents for proof, own RFPs and security reviews, and travel with the sales team to industry shows and customer sites.

Qualifications

• Experience as SE, Solutions Consultant, or senior Implementation Engineer in staffing tech, ATS, or CCaaS.
• Proven ability to design complex deployment architectures and deliver demos.
• Comfortable presenting to business owners and IT teams alike.

Responsibilities

• Design complex pre‑sale solutions with ATS integration and deployment patterns.
• Own the technical deep dive calls, RFPs, and security reviews end to end.
• Travel with the sales team to industry shows and customer sites as the technical face.
