Job summary

Whirl AI, Inc. is seeking a senior Customer Engineering professional in the San Francisco Bay Area to drive value in enterprise deals. The role blends technical depth with business acumen to map customer needs to Whirl's agentic AI platform.

You'll lead technical discovery, deliver tailored demonstrations, run POC sprints, and collaborate with Sales and product teams to enable deployments and growth across customer organizations.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in client-facing engineering roles.
• Strong fluency with enterprise systems and data.
• Experience with AI/LLMs and workflow automation preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead technical discovery and map customer priorities to Whirl use cases.
• Deliver tailored demos and workshops connecting capabilities to business outcomes.
• Run 30- to 90-day POC sprints to prove value before contracts.
• Coordinate rollout and enablement across customer teams.
