Job summary

Whirl AI, Inc. is seeking an experienced Solutions Engineer to bridge customer needs and technical delivery in enterprise environments. You will lead discovery, design tailored demonstrations, and oversee POC delivery to prove value before agreements.

You will collaborate with Sales, Security, and IT teams, shaping implementation roadmaps, governance reviews, and scalable playbooks while driving post-sale growth and renewals.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in a client-facing Customer Engineering, Solutions Engineering, Enterprise Architecture, or Forward Deployed Engineer role.
• Strong enough grasp of enterprise systems, integrations, and data to earn credibility with architects and engineers.
• Proven track record of navigating complex corporate structures and translating technology into commercial value.

Responsibilities

• Value Selling: Partner with Sales leadership on complex enterprise deals and address technical and AI governance objections.
• Tailored demos & workshops: Build real-scenario demos and run workshops aligning Whirl's capabilities with business outcomes.
• Solution Design: Lead technical discovery, map customer systems to Whirl use cases, define POC scope and success criteria.
• Technical Deployment: Connect Whirl to customer systems and oversee security and governance reviews with IT teams.
• POC Delivery: Run 30–90 day value sprints to prove Whirl's value before contracts.
• Rollout & Enablement: Roll Whirl out across teams, train users, and develop enablement materials.
