Whirl AI, Inc. is seeking a Customer Engineer to join our Solutions Engineering team. You will partner with Sales to translate complex AI-driven platform capabilities into business value for enterprise IT leaders, lead technical discovery, and craft tailored demos and PoCs that demonstrate measurable outcomes.

You will connect Whirl to customer systems, conduct security and governance reviews, and help drive rollout, enablement, and post-sale growth across teams and use cases.

Formación

• 5+ years in a client-facing Customer Engineering, Solutions Engineering, Enterprise Architecture, or Forward Deployed role.
• Strong understanding of enterprise systems, integrations, and data to gain credibility with architects and engineers.
• Ability to translate complex technology into clear commercial value for CXOs.
• Experience with AI/LLM tooling and enterprise workflow automation is a plus.

Responsabilidades

• Lead technical discovery and map customer systems to Whirl use cases.
• Design PoCs and define success criteria with the customer.
• Deliver tailored demos and workshops tied to real customer scenarios.
• Connect Whirl to customer environments and drive security reviews with IT teams.
• Coordinate post-sale handoffs with partners and sales for renewal/expansion.
