Job summary

LumApps is seeking a dynamic Customer Solutions Engineer to join our US team. This role is preferably based in Austin, TX, but can be remote nationwide for the right candidate.

You will collaborate with customers to design and implement integrations that maximize LumApps’ value, with a strong focus on integrations. You will lead onboarding, data migrations, and deployment of marketplace apps, using Workato and APIs, and partner with sales, product, and engineering to deliver scalable solutions

Qualifications

• 2+ years in technical development focusing on integrations in a SaaS environment.
• Strong knowledge of authentication and provisioning standards (OAuth, SAML, OIDC, SCIM).
• Experience with Python and Workato for developing complex integrations and automating workflows.
• Ability to manage technical implementation projects in an agile Kanban environment.
• Excellent written and verbal communication with non-technical stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Understand LumApps product technologies and architectures.
• Lead onboarding and training sessions with a focus on configuring integrations (Workato).
• Lead data migration sessions from Legacy systems to LumApps.
• Install, configure, and support Marketplace apps with complex integration needs.
• Lead discovery sessions and design integrations connecting LumApps with external systems via APIs (REST/SOAP) and data sync methods.
• Help customers connect BI tools to the datalake.
• Troubleshoot and provide workarounds; create training materials and internal/external docs.
• Act as trusted technical advisor for enterprise clients and co-lead business reviews with CSMs.
• Support customer success with integration opportunities and feedback to product/engineering.
• Seek improvements to processes and onboarding experience.
