Job summary

Avantage Entertainment USA, LLC is seeking a part-time Contractor Customer Solutions Engineer to guide customers through technical discovery and API integration onboarding, while coordinating across product, engineering, and support teams in a remote setting.

You will translate customer goals into technical requirements, document implementation steps, and help stakeholders reach decisions, all while communicating effectively with U.S.-based customers.

Qualifications

• Hands-on experience with APIs and system integrations, including basic troubleshooting and authentication concepts.
• Ability to read and understand simple code or scripts and write basic scripts in at least one programming language.
• Experience in gathering business and technical requirements and translating them into clear documentation.
• Fluent professional English for technical conversations with US-based stakeholders.

Responsibilities
