Job summary

Foureyes is hiring a Solutions Engineer to bridge Sales, Product, Implementation and Support, ensuring Connect customer use cases are accurately scoped, technically validated, and successfully implemented. You will own onboarding integrations (CRM, DMS, data warehouse) and design data workflows, leveraging N8N or similar tools.

You’ll collaborate with Data Science, Engineering, and Customer Success to ensure customer goals are met.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience in Solutions Engineering or related field.
• Experience with SaaS data integration and cloud data warehousing.
• Strong problem-solving and client communication skills.
• Ability to design and document technical architectures.

Responsibilities

• Partner with Sales to identify customer-specific use cases and technical requirements.
• Lead product demonstrations for prospective customers and discuss Connect capabilities.
• Oversee onboarding integrations with CRM, DMS, and data warehousing.
• Design workflows and data pipelines; validate data ingestion and schemas.
• Create technical docs, playbooks, and training for teams.
• Collaborate with Product, Customer Success, and Engineering to ensure outcomes.
