Job summary

Foureyes is hiring a Solutions Engineer for a remote-first role across multiple states, including OH. You will bridge Sales, Product, Implementation, and Support to scope and validate Connect customer use cases and ensure successful implementations.

You will own onboarding, integrations, data pipelines, and warehouse connectivity, partnering with Data Science and Engineering to validate data ingestion and schemas. Travel is ~25%.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience in Solutions Engineering, Sales Engineering, or Technical Consulting.
• Experience with SaaS data integration, APIs, workflow automation (N8N, Zapier, Make), and cloud data warehousing.
• Strong understanding of data structures, ETL processes, and customer data systems (CRM, DMS, website, inventory).

Responsibilities

• Pre-Sales & Solution Design: identify customer use cases and requirements; lead product demos; conduct discovery sessions; document technical architectures and workflows; draft SOWs.
• Implementation, Data Integration & Warehousing: onboard customers; deliver integrations and automations (CRM, DMS, data warehouse); design workflow automations; ensure data pipelines and warehouse connectivity.
• Cross-Functional Collaboration: align with Sales, Product, and Customer Success on scope and expectations; share customer insights with Product & Engineering.
• Documentation, Enablement & Team Leadership: maintain detailed notes; own technical playbooks; train Customer Success; help define KPIs and standards.
