Job summary

Foureyes is seeking a Solutions Engineer to bridge Sales, Product, Implementation, and Support, owning data integrations and warehouse connectivity for customer implementations. You will lead technical assessments, design scalable solutions, and collaborate with internal teams to deliver Connect use cases.

The role involves remote work with 25% travel, contributing to reusable frameworks and ongoing process improvements within a fast-paced, inclusive culture.

Qualifications

• 2+ years in Solutions Engineering, Sales Engineering, or Technical Consulting.
• Experience with SaaS data integration, APIs, workflow automation, and cloud data warehousing.
• Strong problem-solving, project management, and client communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead product demonstrations for prospective customers, showing how Foureyes Connect solves their problems.
• Own onboarding, delivery of integrations and automations (CRM, DMS, data warehouse, automated flow design).
• Ensure accurate data pipelines, mapping, and warehouse connectivity.
• Train Customer Success on data flow structure and customer use cases.
