Foureyes is hiring a Solutions Engineer in a remote-first role across multiple states. You will bridge Sales, Product, Implementation, and Support to ensure customer use cases are scoped, validated, and implemented with accurate data architectures.

You will own onboarding, data pipelines, and warehousing workflows, collaborating closely with Data Science and Engineering to ensure schema alignment and successful integrations.

Competenze

• 2+ years in Solutions Engineering, Sales Engineering, or Technical Consulting.
• Experience with SaaS data integration, APIs, and workflow automation tools.
• Knowledge of data structures, ETL, and data warehouse concepts.
• Strong problem-solving and client communication skills.

Mansioni

• Pre-Sales & Solution Design: scope customer use cases and present demos.
• Lead technical talks and discovery to validate environments and data sources.
• Implementation & Data Integration: own onboarding and integrations (CRM, DMS, data warehouse).
• Data warehousing: design workflows and ensure data pipelines and mapping are correct.
• Cross-functional collaboration: align Sales, Product, and Customer Success on goals.
• Documentation & Enablement: create playbooks and train teams on data flows.
