Foureyes is hiring a remote-first Solutions Engineer to bridge Sales, Product, Implementation and Support, owning data integrations and warehouse connectivity for customer use cases.

You will lead deployments, validate data architectures, and collaborate across teams to deliver scalable Connect solutions. Travel is required up to 25% and the role offers competitive salary and benefits.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience in Solutions Engineering or equivalent.
• Experience with SaaS data integration, APIs, and workflow automation (N8N, Zapier, Make).
• Strong understanding of data structures, ETL processes, and customer data systems (CRM, DMS, website, inventory).

Responsibilities

• Lead product demonstrations for prospective customers and explain Connect value.
• Own data integrations, warehouse connectivity, and automation designs.
• Collaborate with Sales, Product, Implementation and Support to scope and validate use cases.
• Prepare technical documentation and draft Statements of Work (SOWs).
• Train Customer Success and Support on data flows.
