Job summary

SHI International Corp. is seeking a Global Solutions Engineer to design and tailor data center infrastructure solutions that align with client business goals.

You’ll work with account teams, build OEM partnerships, and train sales teams to drive technology opportunities across Data Center, Cloud, Network, Security and Services spaces. You will engage CIOs, IT Directors, and CTOs, managing the solution pipeline and developing strategic initiatives for top prospects while delivering education on

Qualifications

• Completed Bachelor’s Degree or relevant work experience.
• 3–5 years of experience in a similar role.
• Ability to travel to SHI, Partner, and Customer Events.
• Advanced certifications in mainstream technologies preferred: Dell, Cisco, VMware, NetApp, Pure Storage, HPE, Azure, AWS, etc.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with account teams to evaluate customer data center environments.
• Design and propose tailored infrastructure solutions aligning with business objectives.
• Build and maintain technical relationships with OEMs and partners; stay updated on product info.
• Provide product training and technical education to sales teams and customers.
• Act as trusted IT advisor; manage solution pipeline and identify opportunities across Data Center, Cloud, Network, Security, and Services.
