Job description

The Solutions Delivery Manager supports our Professional Services team and customers by facilitating data mapping and analysis activities throughout the customer onboarding lifecycle. This role is customer facing and is responsible for consulting with internal and external stakeholders to complete data mapping and ingestion activities.

This role includes detailed technical troubleshooting of customer specific flat files, API and point to point integrations. They will also be key in the development of best practices in usage of our platform. To be successful, you’ll need to coordinate cross-functional resources to deliver against key implementation activities while working to review, validate and resolve issues within a complex data set.

This role both manages their own technical projects, and is a key resource supporting Implementation Managers managing new customer onboardings, driving the data integration and historical data migration efforts within the project.

This position is remote for candidates residing outside of Minnesota. For candidates based in Minnesota, the position follows a hybrid schedule with three on-site days per week in our St. Louis Park, MN office.

What you’ll be doing:

• Engage with customers during the import of key data elements during the implementation process. This will require creating necessary customer-facing documentation, engage with customers to guide through best practices, communicate file and data formats requirements, and presenting technical information in a manner that is easily understandable to end users and providing overall direction and support on key processes.
• Review import files for appropriate field mapping, data content and file formatting.
• Perform QA on the data once imports have been run or the API integration is complete.
• Document and review processes associated with the implementation and content delivery, driving for improvements that result in a better experience for our customers and provide efficiency, quality and scalability gains for Total Expert.
• Utilize AI systems to enhance processes, tools, and drive efficiency in customer projects
• Become an expert on the Total Expert platform, integrations and interdependencies to assist with setup and mapping of data integration points within the system.
• Manage documentation repositories and creating necessary documents around best practices, processes, customer overviews and all other critical information.
• Perform liaison function throughout the organization with regard to relationships, systems, processes and procedures.
• Utilize appropriate project tracking methodologies to manage multiple projects through the life cycle.
• Serve as the designated project manager for customer API projects from start to finish, including technical setup, troubleshooting, project communication and managing customer expectations.

What we are looking for:

• Bachelor’s degree preferred or equivalent work experience in Business Analyst or comparable technical role
• 3-5 years of experience required, SaaS preferred
• 3+ years of experience working in a B2B software environment
• Proficient using SQL and Excel to extract, manipulate, review and interpret large amounts of data
• Experience structuring large data sets from a complex data model to find usable information
• Exceptional verbal and written communication skills
• Experience working directly with customers
• Strong analytical and process skills
• Mortgage/Financial Services industry knowledge a plus

Compensation/Benefits: The anticipated base salary range for this role is $110,000 - $120,000 annually. Final total compensation offered is dependent upon the selected individual's qualifications and experience. This position is also eligible for an annual discretionary bonus based on company performance and other factors. As an employee of the company, you will be eligible to participate in the Employee Stock Option Plan.
