Qualifications

• 5+ years accountable for technical delivery in Data/AI initiatives.
• Programming experience in Python, SQL or Scala.
• Experience in a customer-facing pre-sales/architecture role.
• Understanding of distributed data system architectures.
• Ability to translate business value to project deliverables.
• Technical program or project management with stakeholder accountability.
• Experience resolving escalations with senior executives.
• Experience running discovery workshops and strategic roadmaps.
• Track record of overachievement against quota or targets.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience; travel up to 30%.

Responsibilities

• Engage with Solutions Architects to understand demand plans for prioritized customers.
• Lead post-technical win strategy and execution for strategic use cases.
• Be the accountable technical leader across multiple teams for assigned use cases.
• Serve as first contact for production/go-live issues on agreed use cases.
• Leverage Shared Services and experts to build tasks beyond your scope.
• Create and execute a point-of-view to accelerate use cases into production.
• Coordinate with Product/Engineering for innovations and upgrades.
• Develop an execution plan covering all customer-facing technical activities.
• Provide KPI updates on usage and health to the Technical GM.
