Job summary

Total Expert Inc. is seeking a Solutions Delivery Manager to guide data mapping and integration efforts during customer onboarding. You will coordinate cross-functional teams, review data imports, and ensure successful API and file-based integrations across complex datasets.

In this role, you will create customer-facing documentation, leverage AI to improve processes, and support senior Implementation Managers. Hybrid work is available in Minnesota with on-site days at our St.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree preferred or equivalent work experience in Business Analyst or comparable technical role.
• 3-5 years of experience required, SaaS preferred.
• 3+ years of experience working in a B2B software environment.
• Proficient using SQL and Excel to extract, manipulate, review and interpret large amounts of data.
• Experience structuring large data sets from a complex data model to find usable information.
• Exceptional verbal and written communication skills.
• Experience working directly with customers.
• Strong analytical and process skills.
• Mortgage/Financial Services industry knowledge a plus.

Responsibilities

• Engage with customers during the import of key data elements during the implementation process, guiding through best practices and data formats.
• Review import files for field mapping, data content and file formatting.
• Perform QA on the data once imports or API integration is complete.
• Document and review processes to improve efficiency, quality and scalability.
• Utilize AI systems to enhance processes, tools, and drive efficiency in projects.
• Become an expert on the Total Expert platform, integrations and data mapping points.
• Manage documentation repositories and create documents around best practices and customer overviews.
• Liaise across the organization regarding relationships, systems, processes and procedures.
• Use project tracking methodologies to manage multiple projects through lifecycle.
• Serve as the designated project manager for customer API projects from start to finish.
