Job summary

Intapp is seeking a Manager, Technical Delivery to own end-to-end data migration engagements within the DealCloud Services team. This role blends hands-on technical leadership with people leadership to drive delivery excellence and continuous improvement.

You will mentor a team of data engineers and migration consultants, define delivery methodologies, and collaborate across Sales, Product, and Account Management to ensure client satisfaction and successful project outcomes.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of engineering, data migration, integrations, or related delivery roles.
• Undergraduate degree in engineering, computer science, or equivalent.
• Core tech stack includes Boomi, ETL pipelines, Python, SQL, REST APIs, Docker, Kubernetes, Azure, Git, and CI/CD tooling.
• Strong understanding of databases, APIs, data modelling, migration, warehousing, and data governance.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end data migration delivery, including staffing, forecasting, budgets, and client experience.
• Serve as senior escalation point for complex or at-risk projects with governance.
• Lead, mentor, and develop a team of data engineers and migration consultants.
• Define and continuously improve the technical delivery methodology for integrations and data migrations.
• Establish cross-functional relationships with Sales, Product, Account Management, and execs.
• Contribute to and influence development of Intapp Data Tools and Boomi product suite; pursue automation in data engineering workflows.
