Total Expert is seeking a Solutions Delivery Manager to lead data mapping, ingestion and implementation for customers, coordinating cross-functional teams to ensure successful onboarding. The Solutions Delivery Manager supports our Professional Services team and customers by facilitating data mapping and analysis activities throughout the customer onboarding lifecycle. This role is customer facing and is responsible for consulting with internal and external stakeholders to complete data mapping and ingestion activities.
This role includes detailed technical troubleshooting of customer specific flat files, API and point to point integrations. They will also be key in the development of best practices in usage of our platform. To be successful, you’ll need to coordinate cross-functional resources to deliver against key implementation activities while working to review, validate and resolve issues within a complex data set.
This role both manages their own technical projects, and is a key resource supporting Implementation Managers managing new customer onboardings, driving the data integration and historical data migration efforts within the project.
This position is remote for candidates residing outside of Minnesota. For candidates based in Minnesota, the position follows a hybrid schedule with three on-site days per week in our St. Louis Park, MN office.
Compensation/Benefits: The anticipated base salary range for this role is $110,000 - $120,000 annually. Final total compensation offered is dependent upon the selected individual's qualifications and experience. This position is also eligible for an annual discretionary bonus based on company performance and other factors.
