The role requires approximately 25% travel throughout the United States to support customer site visits, walkthroughs, training, and implementation activities. The Solutions Coordinator serves as a key member of the Solutions team, supporting the implementation, optimization, and continuous improvement of Stellar's technology-enabled customer solutions. This role collaborates with commercial, operations, and cross-functional teams to coordinate implementation projects, configure systems, manage data, support technical initiatives, and improve business processes that enhance the customer experience.
This position plays a critical role in ensuring successful project execution, effective communication between departments, and the ongoing success of Stellar's Solutions programs through strong organization, technical aptitude, and continuous process improvement.
Full-time position, up to 40 hours per week. Salary, non-exempt.
Standard work schedule will be determined based on business needs.
Approximately 25% travel may be required to support customer site visits, walkthroughs, training, and implementation activities.
High school diploma or equivalent required.
Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Business, Supply Chain, Operations, or a related field preferred.
Physical Demands: Prolonged periods of sitting and working at a computer workstation. Frequent use of computers and standard office equipment. Occasional lifting of office equipment and materials up to 25 pounds. Ability to travel to customer sites and move throughout warehouse and industrial environments as needed.
Work Environment: Primarily works in a branch, warehouse, customer site, or industrial environment. Frequent movement throughout customer and warehouse locations. Exposure to moderate noise levels and typical industrial workplace conditions. Marginal to moderate hazards that are generally predictable or protected against. Must follow all company and customer-specific safety policies and procedures.
