Job summary

Stellar Industrial Supply is seeking a Solutions Coordinator in Knoxville, TN to support implementation, optimization, and continuous improvement of technology-enabled customer solutions. You will coordinate projects, configure systems, and manage data across cross-functional teams to improve the customer experience.

The role requires collaboration with Sales, Operations, and IT, plus the ability to travel up to 25% nationwide.

Qualifications

• Experience coordinating projects, business processes, or technical implementations.
• Experience working with ERP/inventory management systems or other business software.
• SQL experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate Solutions implementation projects, including scheduling meetings and tracking progress.
• Gather information from customer sites and stakeholders to support implementations.
• Configure Solutions platforms and related software applications.
• Build, execute, and distribute reports and data exports for customers and internal teams.
• Develop training materials for Solutions programs and systems.
• Support user training and adoption of Solutions technologies.
