Job summary

Solutions by Text is seeking a results-driven Solutions Consultant to support sales with deep technical knowledge of SMS/text and payments technologies. You will qualify prospects, align solutions to business goals, and engage with customers across pre-sales and post-sales stages.

The role emphasizes collaboration with Product Management, Implementations, and Sales teams, leveraging tools like Datadog, Postman, HubSpot, and Jira. Remote position with preference for DFW-area candidates.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience integrating with web APIs.
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in a related field.
• Basic knowledge of Application Interfaces – APIs, with a focus on REST and JSON.

Responsibilities

• Fully understand customer requirements and contribute to solution specs.
• Analyze client needs and recommend SMS/payments tech solutions.
• Provide live and recorded product demonstrations.
• Act as technical lead during pre-sales engagements.
• Prepare sales materials, proposals, and RFx responses.
• Collaborate with Sales, Product, and Implementations teams to grow pipeline.
