Elite Technology NY Inc. is seeking a Senior Consultant, Solution to bridge client needs with tailored solutions for law firms. You will lead functional definitions, demonstrations, and implementation guidance, enabling adoption and measurable business value.

The role requires strong communication, extensive consulting experience, and ability to work remotely across US time zones. Expect active collaboration with sales, PM, and technical teams to deliver client success.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in business management, accounting, or equivalent combination of education and/or experience.
• 6–8 years of consulting experience, preferably with legal or accounting background.
• Experience with legal practice management software (Elite Enterprise / Elite 3E) or ERP systems (SAP, Oracle) is advantageous.
• Strong analytical and process design skills; excellent communication and presentation abilities.

Responsibilities

• Provide billable consulting services for the full suite of modules, including design, configuration, testing, training, and Go-Live support.
• Define functional requirements and translate into plans with PM and Technical Consultants.
• Produce project documentation (FRD, RSD, Training Strategy, Testing Strategy).
• Communicate issues to stakeholders to ensure timely resolution and project success.
• Build deep knowledge of law firm operations (billing, collections, paperless workflows).
• Collaborate across departments and teams to deliver projects within scope, budget, and schedule.
