Job summary

CRIO, a leading provider of eSource solutions for clinical research, is hiring for a full‑time remote Customer Experience professional in the United States. You will support onboarding, engagement, and adoption strategies across sponsor and site clients while collaborating with product and data teams to drive platform adoption.

Responsibilities include client consultations, training delivery, and creating scalable training content.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent practical experience.
• Proven experience in customer support, training, or consulting roles.
• Strong analytical skills and ability to derive insights from data.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with Implementation and Customer Success Management teams for onboarding and ongoing client support.
• Act as a trusted resource across CX for adoption strategy and client engagement.
• Analyze client usage data with Data Analytics to identify underutilization and drive improvements.
• Provide expert guidance to clients and troubleshoot issues with CSMs.
• Help train internal teams and clients via live sessions and Help Center Academy modules.
• Serve as a subject matter expert on custom reporting.
