Job summary

CRIO is a leading provider of eSource solutions for clinical research. We seek a dedicated Business Development Representative to expand our reach and drive sales from a fully remote position in the United States with EST hours.

You will identify leads, analyze customer needs, and communicate product value to set appointments and build a strong pipeline. You will collaborate with the sales team, track activities in CRM, and stay current on industry trends.

Qualifications

• Experience in Inside Sales or similar B2B role.
• Bachelor’s degree in business/marketing preferred.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Identify and qualify potential leads via calls, emails, and social media.
• Conduct research to tailor sales strategies to customer needs.
• Explain product features and value to prospects to generate interest.
• Follow up with leads to nurture relationships and book demos.
• Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly targets for leads and demos.
• Collaborate with the sales team to develop campaigns and promotions.
• Use CRM to track activities and forecast sales.
