Job summary

CRIO Inc. is seeking a full-time, remote Customer Experience Specialist to help onboarding and support clients across sites and sponsors. You will analyze usage data, promote best practices, and partner with product teams to deliver live trainings and helpful modules.

Required are a Bachelor’s degree and proven experience in customer support or consulting, with strong analytics and communication skills. This role supports virtual, hybrid, and traditional study structures and offers flexible work

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent practical experience in a related field.
• Proven experience in customer support, training, or consulting roles.
• Strong analytical skills and ability to derive insights from data.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with Implementation and CS teams to ensure seamless onboarding and ongoing support.
• Serve as a trusted resource for adoption strategy and client engagement.
• Analyze client usage data with Data Analytics to identify underutilization.
• Provide expert guidance and troubleshoot issues with clients alongside CSMs.
• Contribute to internal training by developing live sessions and training modules.
• Create, script, demo, and record training content for the Help Center Academy.
• Serve as a subject matter expert on custom reporting for internal teams and clients.
• Collaborate with Sponsor Project Managers to mature sponsor and site clients.
• Partner with Community Engagement Manager to onboard new users.
