Responsibilities

• Lead solution development for opportunities within Services Business Unit.
• Act as SME on integrated solutions and scope projects with teams.
• Create high‑level work plans, milestones, and approval paths.
• Interact with customers to identify needs and risks in a consultative way.
• Develop complete solutions including scope, operating model and launch approach.
• Coordinate with SMEs and site resources to build reusable patterns and standards.
• Assist with negotiations and validate opportunities with sales teams.
• Prepare approval-ready recommendations for leadership and customers.
