Job summary

Celestica, Inc. seeks a high-gravity Customer Systems Architect to bridge customer needs with modular data center product platforms.

You will lead deep-dive technical discovery and translate requirements into standardized design boundaries, communicating with hyperscale clients and internal engineering teams. In this executive, customer-facing role you will drive boundary mapping, design standardization, and the CTO-driven approach to complex deployments, ensuring scalable, repeatable solutions

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Systems Engineering, or a highly related technical field.
• Master's degree in an engineering discipline or Professional Engineer credential preferred.
• Extensive experience in customer-facing engineering roles with hyperscale or colocation clients.

Responsibilities

• Lead multi-disciplinary technical workshops with hyperscale, colocation, and enterprise teams.
• Define physical, electrical, thermal, and logical demarcation boundaries between site infrastructure and modular systems.
• Partner with Sales to generate technically rigorous, customized conceptual layouts and multi-MW power flow architectures.
• Champion standardized pre-engineered platform configurations to accelerate lead times and minimize NRE costs.
• Translate validated customer requirements into design inputs for internal engineering teams.
• Collaborate on BIM & Space coordination to ensure NEC/OSHA compliance and anchoring designs.
