Job summary

Celestica Inc. seeks an Operations Support Director to drive global operational and quoting strategies from within our manufacturing network, collaborating with executive leadership and cross‑functional managers to shape long‑term direction.

You will lead MES deployment, develop cost models, and guide quote strategies for major opportunities, chair performance reviews, and push continuous improvement across sites to deliver growth.

Qualifications

• Extensive experience shaping manufacturing strategy for global operations.
• Strong analytical, negotiation and problem-solving abilities.
• Proven ability to lead cross-functional teams and drive results.
• Experience implementing Lean and World Class Manufacturing concepts.
• Ability to coordinate resources to meet quality and quantity targets.

Responsibilities

• Define operational quote strategy to support growth initiatives.
• Organizes and chairs quote performance reviews with the executive team.
• Develops MES deployment plans and oversees tool implementations.
• Drives continuous improvement using Closed Loop analysis across sites.
• Collaborates with operating units to optimize assets and resources.
• Lead site quote activities and evaluate cost models for opportunities.
• Communicates operational initiatives between Corporate and sites.
