Job summary

Eliassen Group is seeking a Solution Architect - Fulfillment Integrations for a remote contract role. You will lead the design and delivery of enterprise integration solutions connecting external retailer systems with a Fulfillment Network, translating business requirements into scalable architectures.

Work with Product, Engineering and partners to drive discovery, define designs, and ensure successful delivery across the integration lifecycle.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in Solution Architecture, Integration Architecture, or similar
• Proven experience designing enterprise API integrations
• Strong understanding of REST APIs and data flows
• Experience leading discovery, requirements gathering, and workshops
• Ability to discuss implementation with engineering teams
• Experience creating architecture diagrams and solution artifacts
• Excellent communication with technical and non-technical stakeholders
• Experience in retail or fulfillment environments
• Experience with grocery/retail ecosystems
• Familiarity with backend technologies

Responsibilities

• Lead technical discovery sessions with partners and stakeholders
• Design end-to-end integration architectures between client platforms and external systems
• Create and maintain architecture documents, diagrams and technical specs
• Be the primary technical representative through the integration lifecycle
• Translate business requirements into scalable technical solutions
• Provide technical leadership to engineering teams
• Review designs and data flows for architectural alignment
• Conduct design reviews with stakeholders
• Support testing, deployment and post-launch activities
• Drive cross-functional collaboration to resolve challenges
