Job summary

Eliassen Group is seeking a Solution Architect - Fulfillment Integrations for remote, contract-based work with our grocery retail client. You will lead the design and delivery of enterprise integrations that connect external retailer systems with the Fulfillment Network, translating business needs into scalable architectures.

You’ll run discovery sessions, craft architecture artifacts, and guide projects from design through post-launch support, partnering with Product and Engineering, while

Qualifications

• 5+ years in Solution Architecture or similar customer-facing technical role.
• Experience delivering enterprise API integrations between internal and external systems.
• Strong understanding of REST APIs, data flows, and distributed architectures.
• Experience leading discovery and design workshops with clients or partners.
• Ability to discuss code and implementations with engineering teams.

Responsibilities

• Lead technical discovery and requirements sessions with external partners.
• Design end-to-end integration architectures between client platforms and retailer systems.
• Create and maintain architecture diagrams, specs, and implementation artifacts.
• Serve as primary technical representative through integration lifecycle.
• Partner with Product and Engineering to translate business needs into scalable solutions.
• Provide technical leadership to implementation teams.
• Review designs and data flows for architectural alignment.
• Conduct presentations and design reviews with stakeholders.
• Support testing, deployment, and post-launch stabilization.
• Drive cross-functional collaboration to resolve technical challenges.
